Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) is a well known  public-sector company. That is run and managed by government of India. It was started in 1965, with the mission to achieve self-sufficiency in cement production in the country. Counted among best cement companies of India

CCI has head office  in New Delhi and has huge manufacturing units that manufactures Portland pozzolana cement (PPC), Portland slag cement (PSC), and ordinary Portland cement (OPC).Presently company has 10 manufacturing units in PAN India with the total production  capacity of 38.48 lakh MT.

CCI production plants are located in PAN India and have been located in locations that includes Bokajan in Assam, Akaltara, Mandhar in Chhattisgarh and Nayagaon in Madhya Prades, Rajban in Himachal Pradesh and Charkhi Dadri in Haryana, Kurkunta in Karnataka and Adilabad, Tandur in Telangana.

JSW Cement Limited is the part of 11 billion dollars JSW Group that has head office in Mumbai.Company has three production units that includes two grinding units in vijayanagar ad and Integrated Cement plant in Nandyal Andhra Pradesh. Company is listed in stock market and has plants at 20 locations. It was started in 1936 and has more than 10,000 employees. In the year 2004 management control of company was taken over by Swiss cement major Holcim.
